Dans le cadre du projet de construction du nouveau siège social de la banque, Bank ABC est à la recherche d’un Chef de Projet

Le PMO sera en charge entre autre de la coordination des travaux entre les différents intervenants dans le projet ainsi que le suivi du projet.

Profil
Justifier d’une expérience importante dans le domaine de la monétique et des systèmes de paiement (au moins 7 ans).
Justifier d’une expertise notamment dans les volets touchant à la règlementation VISA, la règlementation locale, les litiges/charge back.
Faire preuve d’un bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse
Faire preuve d’un très bon relationnel permettant de communiquer efficacement avec des interlocuteurs variés
Missions principales
Définir et mettre en place un cadre clair et des processus opérationnels formalisés relatifs aux activités monétiques.
Former et coacher l’équipe existante dans le domaine de la monétique et fournir toute l’assistance nécessaire aux différents départements de la banque.
Participer activement au développement de l’activité monétique au sein de la banque
Assister dans la mise en place de nouveaux produits/services en matière de monétique
Piloter le projet de mise en place d’un serveur monétique.
Organisation officer/Business Process Management
(Minimum 2-3 years’ experience)

As Organisation officer/Business Process Management Performs, you will assist the Head of Organization in all aspects of policies and procedures development and administration including development of new procedures, process re-engineering as well as policies and procedures updates, to ensure that the bank has a complete set of current, relevant, useful and consistent polices, standards and procedures, which meet regulatory requirements and are aligned with the strategy, mission and values of Bank ABC Tunisia and ABC Group.
Knowledge
Good understanding of Banking segments, products, services, operations, and technology gained from hands on experience in operational and change related roles.
Familiarity with and exposure to continuous improvement Methodologies
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Software including Visio
Ability to develop and deliver presentations documentation e.g. Progress Reports etc.
Education / Certifications
Finance, banking, accounting, business or risk management degree or qualification.
Lean / Six Sigma qualification or equivalent
Experience
2-3 years of experience of organizational change management, business analyst or project manager role, leading business process transformation at least some of which is related to the introduction of new technology

Head of Treasury
(Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role)
Description de l’annonce:
As the Head of Treasury, you’ll Accompany the bank’s commercial activity by managing its liquidity, interest rate and foreign exchange exposures within the approved limits and existing regulation while maximizing the interest margin and FX P/L in addition to proprietary trading, funding the investment portfolio
Essentially you’ll be :
Supervising and coaching of dealers (respect of limits…)
